Before watching SOTY, I had only read bad reviews, therefore I was quite suspicious. Turns out, the movie is great ! You will definitely like it, especially if you are a young teenager between 11-16 years old. 

The songs were really cool, and the story was actually nice. As (King) Shahrukh Khan said " I strongly believe films are for entertainment; messages are for the post office." This movie was very entertaining, it was an awesome combo of  romance, dancing, comedy, drama.  AND, also a huge bonus for that scene with ♡ Kajol ♡, I fell off my chair when I saw her !

The only negative point is the ACTING. Varun is an excellent dancer, Sidharth is a good dancer, but Alia needs to work much harder. Varun's performance was more touching than the other's in some scenes, but to get to the top requires more work. It isn't enough to make it in B-Town thanks to your family members if you don't show the world what you can do ! It surprises me to see that these are the performances in a Karan Johar movie.

However, if you are not too punctilious, you will really enjoy this movie. I truly recommend it to the youngest teens out there, you will have a great time watching it ! 

Check out my favorite song from the movie, "Radha", I love it ! The video is not good, as I said it previously, Alia seems very uncomfortable, the only one doing a great job is Varun, but I really like the song.
