I have been waiting for this movie to release for a long time, as I had been following its shooting since the beginning. I was very satisfied with the casting choice, with Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma for the leading roles, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Fawad Khan as supporting roles. 

Dharma Productions always make my favorite movies, so this one comes with no surprise as a very good movie. There are some really powerful and deep dialogues, that show the writing-quality and talent of Karan Johar. He is somehow always surpassing himself. 

In terms of acting, Ranbir did an amazing job as usual, he has nothing new to prove, and I was pleasantly surprised with Anushka and Fawad (he has improved a lot, this is so far his best performance). Aishwarya Rai was also stunning but her character was not explored enough. 

There were some technical imperfections, and the scenes were filmed in a very amateur way during a few scenes, but other than that, the movie was great. The songs were absolutely incredible, I already have all of them on loop on my ipod. Arijit Singh sang most of them,in a soulful and meaningful way, he manages to make you travel with his beautiful voice. 

The storyline of the movie was interesting and I would define it as a mix between Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna and Kal Ho Naa Ho, in a modern version. 

Also, let's not forget King Khan's cameo, this one really steals the show. When the trailer of the movie came out, his back could be seen for about 2 seconds and, still, the comments under the video were all about him, because everyone recognized him from his back. Definition of a king.

I think you will really enjoy watching this movie, I especially loved Alizeh's character, she is very endeering and is the kind of best friend you absolutely want to have in your life : full of life, funny, and who makes you try new things you were afraid to try in life !
