♡ Dil Hi Toh Hai - Season 2 & ending ! ♡

I've talked about Dil Hi Toh Hai multiple times before, click here and here to read those articles. I started watching season 2 as soon as it aired, and to be honest, I was utterly disappointed. I expressed it in my last article, but since then the season has ended and with it, the series is also over, to my surprise. I wanted to come here and give my feedback.

Season 1 was incredible, until episode 25. After they changed the writer, the show stumbled a bit but didn't completely lose its special sparkle. Season 2 was honestly a fiasco. Nothing makes sense, and we're confronted to the same typical indian daily soaps. What made DHTH different has completely disappeared in that season. I did LOVE watching it nevertheless, because it is my favorite show and I was extremely attached to it. But I can't lie and tell you that this season was great, it just wan't.

I am definitely super sad that they ended the show. Even the ending doesn't make any sense, it's like they don't want to give the audience what it wants. I am okay with suspense etc, as long as it's controlled. This season only had that, and feud between the characters, super predictable dialogues and very repetitive. Another reason why I loved this show - just like many others, as I've read - is thanks to the amazing chemistry between Karan and Yogita, the leading actors. We all loved the romantic scenes between them but this season didn't have any of that. 

In conclusion, I am sad that the show ended and if they had a season 3, I would definitely watch it. Unfortunately the show was cancelled, but I am still glad I fully watched it. It's a pity they didn't use the potential of the show to its fullest.
