It looked very interesting at first. I think the storylines had a lot of potential. Even though they say it's a movie of four show movies, it felt like a mini-serie to me. It just felt like each story was...unfinished. Sometimes you need more details, more explanation and this show didn't give that. Overall a good watch, it had some really interesting stories. The acting was really good as well, it was worth pushing a bit more in depth the stories.

I don't know why Parineeti was casted.. Maybe if they used a better actress it would have been better. The story was fine (it's a remake) but Parineeti's acting skills just don't work for me. Some things didn't add up, but it was an okay watch.

Felt like this show was made for me ! Jokes aside, I really liked it, it was light-hearted and combined my two interests : wedding planning and house hunting. Maybe too lingering sometimes, but other than that it was okay.

♡ Bombay begums ♡

I have mixed feelings about this show. I did enjoy it and watched it in one day. I wouldn't even mind a second season to be honest. But it's a whatever watch. Won't stick with me for sure. Honestly, none of the characters was likable, there was a "wow-factor" missing. The audience needs to connect to the characters and feel for them, but I didn't. I didn't feel bad for the things that happened to them (most of the time). Some of the stories didn't even make any sense. Also, by the grace of god, Netflix needs to stop pushing indians to speak english. And stop with the soft porn. It won't make you more interesting. The worst of them was Ayesha, I just couldn't stand her and she couldn't get worse than that. She made a fool of herself and seemed dumb, and behaved like an opportunist. She was also very ungrateful and I just couldn't stand her. Fatima was also really annoying.. Overall an okay show but it's not for everyone. I think there are much better options out there.

A very intelligent short movie, well made an interesting, worth analyzing. Such an important topic to bring awareness to, to finally change things in America. It is a truly beautiful piece of art.

Pretty interesting to watch, and I learned some great things too. I like the references to meditation and Freud. it's impressive to see what the brain is capable of.
