My opinion is mixed. I did enjoy watching it for some parts and I can't really tell what bothered me about this movie. Diljit's songs are purely awesome but his acting was mehh. So that played a part in my disappointment too. Shahid on the other hand, oh my, even when I thought he couldn't be better, he proved me wrong !

He's definitely one of the best BTown nowadays. He multi-talente but he surpassed himself with this role of Tommy Singh. Never did I expect him to be so good in such a character. He was unrecognizable ! Kareena was good as usual, although this won't be the movie we'll remember the most from her. And for Alia, I think it's her best role by far, she was good in it and surprised me in contrary of her previous movies where her acting was pretty bad. 

So overall, good message and a movie with this content was much needed. I don't know exactly why I didn't like it that much, it was maybe too heavy.
