I am so confused. The movie has nothing to do with the poster, or the songs that were revealed before the release. Litterally nothing. First of all, why is Sara Ali Khan on the poster ? Her role is completely useless in the movie, she is barely in it ! Next, why this poster ? Why is it yellow, so colorful ? The movie is not a comedy,in contrary of what I thought and what the poster and songs pretend. 

It took me a whole hour of the movie to undertand that ! The first part of the movie is fun, Ranveer plays a corrupted cop, falls in love with the character that Sara plays, it's all good. Nothing too serious. Then out of the sudden, it turns into a tragedy. After a whole hour. Does the movie take too much time to start ? I wouldn't know honestly. Didn't feel like that ! Just felt like the wrong approach, was the director completely lost ? It's only after an hour into the movie that you understand what the real focus of the movie is.

So , if we only talk about the second half of the movie, it's brilliant. I love the message, I loved how everything was respectfully handled for such a sensitive topic. Ranveer is an extraordinary actor and I was studying him throughout the whole time. I really like Sara Ali Khan, but she's was completely unnecessary in this movie and was only in it to give a love story vibe which is completely irrelevant.

Overall a pretty good movie, I think, I'm not even sure ! Just don't go ahead thinking it's a comedy or else you'll be very confused.
